Ballerina Cake

On Friday, Nonni and Grace baked a cake together (okay, Nonni baked and Grace licked the spoons...and bowl!). After Grace went to bed, Nonni and I decorated it. Okay, Nonni decorated it and I licked the spoons...and bowls. The cake turned out so cute and after Grace's performance she couldn't wait to get home to eat it. We told her that as soon as she woke up from nap she could have some.

One of the first things she said when she woke up was that she wanted some Ballerina Cake. Everyone had bought a small present for her in honor of her first recital, so she got to open her gifts before cake. Then, we dug in! It was just as good as it looked! YUM!
