Fun and Games

We had a couple of pinatas, a slip-n-slide and a bouncy house for the kids at Grace's party. They had so much fun in the back yard playing. I am so glad that we decided to do the party at home. Unless Grace asks for something else, we totally be doing a backyard party again next year.

Educational Milestones

I know all my shapes - my favorites are hearts and circles. (before 24 months)
I know my colors, my favorites are orange and red. (by about 24-25 months)
I rock at puzzles - even the hard ones.
I know my left from my right (most of the time, by age 29 months)
I can count - 1,2,3,9,10! See? - She has added more numbers (Feb 08) she now counts like this, "1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11!"
She recognizes that letters are different than numbers. Any thing with writing on it is called, "My ABCs." (Feb. 08)
Speaking in complete sentences on a regular basis (since around Jan. 2.5 years)
Can write and recognize A, H, and X. Almost has G down. (Age 32 months)
Can almost sing her entire ABC's! Sometimes she throws a number in there, too (age 33 months).
